Formerly known as Ladybug Plants & Flowers, this off-the-grid family-run plant nursery had ride-or-die customers who found them through word-of-mouth. When the time came to launch their online shop, they knew they needed some help with their brand identity. Basically, they were like, "We're awesome; everyone loves us, but we have no idea how to explain that to, like, the internet."

After a little digging, we uncovered their unique secret weapon: the family matriarch, a plant whisperer with a lifetime of gardening hacks (the kind Home Depot doesn't want you to know about). As if that weren't already wholesome enough, she treats all her customers like they're her own kids. We helped the nursery rebrand and create a visual identity, starting with a new name reflecting both her practical expertise and the loving nickname her customers bestowed on her.
